How to Prevent Hair Fall with Simple Home Remedies?

A lustrous mane is nothing less a gem-studded on your head. We all dream of having a head full of strong and shiny hair. But there is a huge hurdle which stands in between you and the hair of your dream, and i.e. hair fall.

Hair loss is a common problem and could be the result of one of the factors such as aging, hereditary factors, environmental effects, nutritional deficiencies, excess stress, scalp infections, hormonal imbalance, enriched hair products, certain medicines, and medical conditions such as autoimmune diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid, iron deficiency and some other chronic illness.

Massage this mixture onto your scalp and cover it with a shower cap. Leave this mask overnight and then wash your hair the next day with a mild shampoo.

  3. Aloe vera– aloe vera has enzymes which help with improved hair growth. The alkalizing nature of aloe vera helps with maintaining the required pH level of the scalp which enhances hair growth. Regular use of aloe vera does help relieve problems such as itchy scalp, scalp inflammation and irritation, reduces dandruff and add luster and strength to the hair. You can either use aloe vera juice or aloe vera pulp, whichever available. Massage the aloe vera on your scalp and leave it on for an hour or two. Wash your hair with lukewarm water and make sure to repeat this remedy for 3-4 times a week.

  4. Fenugreek- Fenugreek or methi (Hindi) is very helpful in treating hair loss. It contains enzymes which enhance your hair growth and also help with rebuilding the hair follicles. It also contains nicotinic acid and proteins which stimulate the hair growth. Soak up one cup of fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind the fenugreek seeds in a grinder to make a paste and apply it to your scalp. Leave the fenugreek mask on for around 40 minutes and then wash it with plain water. repeat this remedy every other day for visible results.
